In fact, one of our favorite things to do is to educate our clients so that they understand how their building systems use energy, how energy can be saved, and how energy-efficiency project costs can be paid for through the savings that these projects generate. There are many financial resources which, when brought together, really make for financially smart transactions (and unfortunately, very few building owners and managers know about these resources). We feel a sense of urgency to help educate our prospects and clients so they can start saving money from day one, without an up front investment.
